Pastors Wayne and Sandra Gardner have been serving God as a Team in ministry for over 18 years. They are both gifted in the area of music and song as well as preaching and teaching. Both husband and wife are called to witness for God in practical ways. Sandra and Wayne are pastors of 'Connections' Christian Fellowship Ministries that offers fellowship and worship, small group studies and Pastoral Services.
SNAPSHOT OF CLERGY & MINISTRY
The pastors have specialized training in counselling and theology, and provide Pastoral Counselling at the highest level of compassionate and quality care. Besides working in full time service for God serving in the church with a Preaching and Teaching ministry, children's bible clubs, prison ministry, and Spiritual Care within long-term care facilities and hospitals, the Gardner's achievements in Christian ministry included working with Young Offenders who were released from prison and residing in an Halfway House in Ottawa.
Husband and wife started what they called a 'Half-Way Church' which was geared towards those who were not 'church going people' but a way of 'easing' them into the church life by offering a very informal and practical side of worship. At this time, Sandra had a ministry called 'Neighbours Reaching Out' which included bible studies and pastoral ministry to the community. The pastors conduct bible studies from their home for adults in their neighbourhood who were interested and seeking God.

Our Mission & Purpose:
Connections Christian Fellowship [CCF] is a non-denominational Christian fellowship that consists of individuals who have a sincere desire to worship God and help others. CCF is NOT a Church but a 'fellowship' of individuals with a common goal.
Its founders, Wayne & Sandra Gardner, saw a need to offer a ministry that would reach out to the 'whosoever' and to do so with the desire and intent of fulfilling our mission and purpose, which is: "where there is a need, and you have the ability and resources to meet that need, do so by restricting and eliminating any and all obstacles that may interfere with and prevent you from meeting that need."
It is our belief that producing an environment without limitations or restrictions is very important to the well-being of any individual, and that the 'wholeness' of every person can only be achieved by meeting 'all their needs' [physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually]; therefore, our desire is to sincerely strive to fulfill this mission and purpose with love, compassion, and a willingness to serve.
